A year passes, a change of generations occurs. This is a natural state. This process is observed both in human life and at work. For parents, this is the best way to educate their children and instill in them human qualities, and for qualified teachers working at the enterprise, to teach their students the secrets of the industry based on their many years of experience. According to the joint decision of the head of the enterprise dated May 1, 2023, these are the goals that the organization pursued “Competition of specialists” at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant. During the competition, representatives of various professions working at the enterprise - teachers who are masters of their craft, together with their students, passed practical and theoretical tests.
According to the competition rules, participants competed in inter-group competitions and in the semi-final stage until the final. The conditions of the final stage were organized differently than the conditions of the previous stages. According to him, teams consisting of mentors and students who initially reached the final stage in their specialty were formed as a new team by drawing lots. Expert mentors leading the groups opened the balloon and chose an unknown participant hidden in special balloons.
Thus, the teams formed as follows:
Group 1: team led by teacher Sahibjon Kasimov (9th workshop). Participants: Rakhmonjon Azamov (5th workshop), Muhammadjon Boboev (1st workshop), Tokhtasin Ismailov (9th workshop), Dilmurad Matkarimov (1st workshop), Aminjon Nematov (1st workshop).
Group 2: team led by teacher Ravshan Zhuraev (1st workshop). Participants: Sadykbek Azamov (9th workshop), Oktambek Ismailov (1st workshop), Diorjon Nematov (1st workshop), Shukurullo Yusupov (5th workshop), Dilshod Moidinov (5th workshop).
Group 3: team led by Ustoz Ziyaviddin Akhmedov (5th workshop). Participants: Shermatjon Akhmatjonov (1st workshop), Khasanjon Sattorov (9th workshop), Munira Yusupova (5th workshop), Botirjon Mamatkulov (1st workshop), Nodirjon Shokirov (9th workshop).
Group 4: a team led by teacher Ibragim Obbokhanov (1st workshop). Participants: Islambek Kholboev (5th workshop), Nuriddin Abdullaev (1st workshop), Mukhriddin Khalilov (1st workshop), Yakhedzhon Sobirov (9th workshop), Zhavokhirbek Khaidarov (1st workshop).
During the competition, teams consisting of representatives from various fields were asked 10 theoretical questions about their activities. The judges of the final stage are Ikbolzhon Rakhimov - technical director, Dilshod Urunbaev - chief engineer, deputy director for personnel management Feruzakhon Boltabaeva, head of the personnel training and development department Shodmonova Nasibakhon and head of the employee support and social development department Otabek Fozilov fairly assessed its completeness.
- Participating teams demonstrated their activity by answering questions about the industry and its specialists, production processes of enterprises, labor safety and equipment. This speaks of the high level of education, skills and experience of my employees, and most importantly, the strength of their love for their profession. There will be only one winner, but we, the judges, recognize everyone as winners,” says Feruzakhan Boltabaeva, Deputy Director for Human Resources.
In the second competition, teams were tested in practice. At this stage, participants were able to demonstrate their practical skills in directly performing technological processes and providing first aid to victims in emergency situations with quick action.
The dean of the Chemical-Technological Confederation of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, teachers-mentors and students were invited to the final stage of the “Expert Competition”, accompanying the teams’ performances with applause.
According to the results of the competition, the group led by Ravshan Joraev was recognized as the winner of the “Competition of Experts”, since it fulfilled all the conditions more actively than other colleagues and scored higher points.
