Fergana oil refinery plant LLC is one of the leading enterprises for the production of fuels and lubricants in the Central Asian region and comprises 35 process units for production of virtually the whole range of oil products available in oil refining.

LLC "Fergana Oil Refinery", privatized by IE Sanoat Energetika Guruhi, has started the reconstruction of existing and construction of new production facilities, according to the approved modernization project, the budget of which is estimated at 389.3 million dollars.
