The lemon harvest is in full swing at the Fergana oil refinery!

The Fergana Oil Refinery is known for its advanced technologies and large-scale modernization. But today we want to draw your attention to something unusual - a lemonarium, which is part of the plant's greenhouse complex. We will tell you in more detail how citrus gardens harmoniously combine with the production environment and how lemons grown directly at the plant become part of the internal culture of the enterprise.

The plant's greenhouses occupy more than 20 acres, a significant part of which is allocated for growing lemons. This year there are 65 trees, and each of them brings a generous harvest.

The lemon harvest is not sent to foreign markets, but is used for domestic consumption. The citrus fruits are delivered to the company's canteens, where they are added to salads, hot dishes and refreshing drinks for the plant's workers.

The lemonarium is not the only object of the greenhouse complex of the FNPZ. Greens are also grown here: dill and cilantro. The products are completely environmentally friendly, as they are grown without the use of chemicals.

One section of the greenhouses is dedicated to ornamental plants. It is here that hundreds of flowers are grown, which are planted on the plant's territory in the spring.

"We are proud that we grow vitamins ourselves and also decorate the territory of the plant. All this contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of coziness and comfort in the workplace", - adds Bakhtiyor. Farkhidinov, head of workshop No. 23 of the Intraplant Service.

The Fergana Oil Refinery remains an example of how an industrial enterprise can take care of its employees and contribute to the environment. The lemon garden and other objects of the greenhouse complex are another confirmation of the plant's commitment to sustainable development and care for the well-being of its team.
