Specialist for OBSERVANCE OF LABOR RIGHTS AND GUARANTEES FOR WOMEN of the department of social development and support for employees at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant became the winner of the Republican stage.

At the end of the year, at a republican event held in the building of the Federation of Trade Union Organizations of Uzbekistan in the city of Tashkent, the company's specialist who works with women became the winner in the nomination "The most exemplary initial organization of an enterprise."

Makhmudova Saida Shavkatovna was born on September 7, 1974, in the city of Fergana. Higher education, in 1996 she graduated from the Fergana State University, in 2009 from the Fergana Polytechnic Institute. Teacher of Russian language and literature, chemical technologist.

Makhmudova Saida Shavkatovna has been working at Fergana Oil Refinery Plant since 2001. First, she worked as a chemical analysis laboratory assistant in the 10th branch of the fuel control laboratory. From 2009 to 2018, she continued to work as a laboratory engineer, deputy head of the fuel laboratory, process engineer of the 2nd category of the plant's technological department.

From 2018 to 2022, she served as the Chairman of the plant's women's committee. Today, she is a specialist in OBSERVANCE OF LABOR RIGHTS AND WOMEN'S GUARANTEES of the department of social development and support of employees.

The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Family and Women Affairs annually awards women of various specialties who have distinguished themselves in family and children's education, who make a worthy contribution to the socio-economic development of our country, and who are actively involved in improving the reputation of their organizations.

At the republican stage of the competition "The Most Exemplary Primary Organization - 2022" among the winners, she was awarded a regional award, with the participation of a specialist of Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC for working with women Makhmudova Saida Shavkatovna.

“At the plant, much attention is paid to improving the lifestyle of women. Last year, during the year, 156 women were given recommendations for maternity leave. 46,210,000 sums were allocated for 18 women for recreation in sanatoriums, 71,300,000 soums for 31 women for treatment in hospitals; 4,200,000 sums were allocated for the treatment of teeth of 28 people, 107,348,720 sums were allocated for material assistance to 169 women, Bekzod Muminov, deputy director for general issues, said.
