The Ferghana Oil Refinery Plant has been successfully cooperating with the Ferghana Polytechnic Institute for many years.

And this week, a significant event took place - the signing of a memorandum between the parties, which took place on the territory of the Fergana The signing ceremony was attended by the director of the plant Khabib Latipov, the deputy director for personnel management Feruza Boltaboeva, the head of the department for training and personnel development Nasiba Shodmonova, the rector of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute O’ktam Salomov, the vice-rector of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute Jamoliddin Kambarov and the dean of the faculty Rustam Tojiev

During the official meeting, the director of the plant, Khabib Khalimovich, and the rector of the institute, O’ktam Rakhimovich, spoke about the results and prospects of many years of mutual cooperation. Also, in the presentation format, the head of the department of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute Gulomkodir Mirzakulov spoke in detail about the content and objectives of this memorandum.


- The significance of this memorandum of cooperation is related to its effectiveness. It is expected that it will provide opportunities for the training of qualified personnel by combining the theoretical basis and production practice. From now on, we provide students with the opportunity to undergo an internship directly in the factory shops and laboratories, that is, at a real manufacturing enterprise.
