The Fergana Oil Refinery Plant determined the winners of the professional skills competition “The Best Worker by Profession” for the month of November.
In September 2020, in order to improve the professional skills of the plant’s employees, as well as to promote and increase the prestige of professions, the professional skills competition “The Best Worker by Profession” was launched in 12 categories. In this regard, based on the candidates selected according to the developed criteria, as well as the results of an independent survey of employees in an online format, by open voting, the best specialists in professions are determined monthly.
