To ensure the safe work of railway transport employees of workshop No. 12, training courses were organized at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant with the “Center for the Improvement and Retraining of Railway Transport Employees of Legal Entities Owning Railways”.
The courses were designed for 144 hours for drivers and assistant drivers of a diesel locomotive and for 72 hours for a program for train designers, signalmen, track fitters to ensure an uninterrupted transportation process, traffic safety and emergency recovery work.
A number of activities aimed at training qualified specialists for the industry have been carried out at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant.
- “These training courses have a positive effect on increasing the knowledge of employees and their professional skills. Employees received the necessary knowledge at an organized training course,” says Nasiba Shodmonova, head of the personnel training department.
