The best twelve employees were identified at Fergana Oil Refinery Plant

The winners of the professional skills competition "The Best Worker by Profession" for 2022 have been determined at the Federal Refinery.

In September 2020, in order to improve the professional skills of the plant’s employees, as well as to promote and increase the prestige of professions, the professional skills competition “The Best Worker by Profession” was launched in 12 categories.

In this regard, based on the candidates selected according to the developed criteria, as well as the results of an independent survey of employees in an online format, by open voting, the best specialists in professions were determined every month, which was the result of the selection of winners at the end of 2022.


 “For 2 years now, we have been holding this event, where the most deserving employees are determined. Dear masters of your craft, continue to spread your valuable experience among young workers, and I am sure that you will educate the same hardworking and selfless specialists as you are,” says the director of the plant Khabib Khalimovich.

As a result, the following specialists were determined as the winners of the professional skills competition "The Best Worker by Profession" in 2022:

"The best operator of technological installations" - Ganyushin Ilya Pavlovich, workshop No. 3 (Oil production);

"The best operator by type of activity" - Mallaboev Bakhtiyor Ismoilovich, workshop No. 4 (Commodity and raw materials and shipment of finished products) ;

"The best engineer of technological installations" - Rasulov Shahboz Shokirzhon ugli, workshop No. 1 (Preparation of primary oil refining and catalytic reforming);

"Best Electrician" - Dustboboev Rahmonali Khasanboevich, workshop No. 7 (Information and Communication Technologies);

"Best Priborist" - Otajonov Saidzhon Akhunov, workshop No. 9 (Control and measuring instruments and automation);

"The best mechanical repair worker" - Urmanov Rasulkhon Ravshanovich, workshop No. 9 (Control and measuring instruments and automation);

"Best laboratory assistant, sampler" - Baikarova Natalya Vladimirovna, workshop No. 10 (Central laboratory laboratory);

"The Best Transport Service Worker" - Supijonov Oydinzhon Sadykovich, workshop No. 12 (Railway Terminal);

"Best Line Personnel" - Podverbny Stanislav Dmitrievich, workshop No. 7 (Information and Communication Technologies);

"The best worker of the All-Union State Civil Society, the Higher Military District" - Tokhirjon Abdujabborovich Tokhirov, workshop No. 15 (Militarized Gas Rescue Squad);

"The best worker of AUP" - Muminov Eldorbek Shoirzhonovich, workshop No. 17 (Plant management);

"The Best Worker of Service Personnel" - Abdurakhmonov Musinjon Mamadalievich, workshop No. 13 (Central warehouse).

In addition, the winners of this competition will receive monthly, during the year, an additional payment of 25 percent of the tariff.
