Today, the first working meeting was held at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant which was attended by employees of the plant and our colleagues - Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development Khurshed Naimovich Khodzhimetov, Director for Corporate Communications Igor Yuryevich Gusenkov, Head of the HR Department Ismoil Abdugapirovich Abdulazizov, Head of the Department training and development Mikhail Alexandrovich Klimkin and chief specialist of the Trade Union Committee Anvar Gapurovich Khamidov.
At the meeting, new communication and feedback tools were presented, including those that are already used in SEG.
Such meetings will be held on an ongoing basis once a month, during which each of those present will be able to ask any question to the management of the enterprise.
We hope that colleagues from Fergana Oil Refinery Plant will use tools that will improve communication and interaction within the team.
