From July to December 2024, 40 employees of the Fergana Oil Refinery successfully completed training under the “School of Leaders” and “School of Managers” programs.
These programs, organized by Saneg and Enera, are aimed at developing management skills and strengthening the leadership qualities of employees. The training is ongoing, and in the near future it is planned to train another 20 employees in the "School of Leaders" and 200 people in the "School of Managers".
Enera's Personnel Training and Assessment Department, Mikhail Klimkin, noted: "Human capital is truly the foundation of any company's success. Investing in employee development, supporting their potential, and creating conditions for growth and self-realization is not only a way to increase productivity, but also to strengthen corporate culture".
Professional training programs are a key element of a company’s development strategy, especially in a rapidly changing market and technology environment. The implementation of educational initiatives helps to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills in managers and employees that are necessary for making informed decisions, managing effectively, and adapting to new challenges.
By implementing such programs, Fergana Oil Refinery creates conditions for the formation of competent and flexible leaders who can not only cope with current tasks, but also see opportunities for strategic growth and innovation.
