Implementation of the presidential decree: enhanced air quality monitoring at the refinery

As part of the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-81, automated stationary air quality monitoring stations have been installed at the facilities of Fergana Oil Refinery LLC and the Altyaryk Fuel Production Plant.

The modern equipment enables continuous monitoring of ambient air quality, measurement of key air quality parameters, and collection of data on environmental conditions in the surrounding area.

Regular monitoring of ambient air quality is an important component of environmental safety. The installation of automated stationary monitoring stations makes it possible to promptly detect changes in air composition, assess current environmental conditions, and take appropriate measures when necessary. This, in turn, helps strengthen compliance with environmental and industrial safety requirements at the enterprise, said Umidjon Yigitaliyevich, Head of the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Department at the Refinery.

The ongoing initiatives are aimed at further improving the enterprise's environmental monitoring system through the use of modern technologies and the consistent implementation of environmental protection measures.
