In September 2020, to improve the professional skills of the plant’s workers, as well as to promote and increase the prestige of their professions, the professional skills competition “Best Worker by Profession” was launched in 12 categories.
In this regard, based on candidates selected according to developed criteria, as well as based on the results of an independent survey of workers online, through open voting, the best specialists in various professions are determined monthly.
