For the first time in the history of the plant, an intellectual game was organized to test the knowledge of the plant's employees - the competition "Zakovat"
"Zakovat" is an intellectual game with a 20-year history. In the game players are asked questions to which they must answer within a limited time.
According to the results of the competition, the honorable 1st place was taken by the RSMU-Oil team, the 2nd place went to the representatives of the Oil Section, and the 3rd place was taken by the team of the IT Specialists Service.
The intellectual game was organized on the initiative of the Joint Trade Union Committee and the Department of Support and Social Development of Employees.
About 10 factory teams competed for the main prize. Each team consisted of 6 people. The game consisted of 2 stages, each stage contained 12 questions related to the logic and knowledge of the direct labor activity of employees.
- “The intellectual game “Zakovat” has been held in our country for many years, but this competition was held for the first time in the history of our plant. When I told the management about the idea of this competition, the plant management supported my idea. It's good that this contest turned out to be more interesting and uncompromising than we expected. We plan to hold this contest once a month,” says Fozilov Otabek, head of the Workers Support and Social Development Department at the plant.
The winners were awarded cash prizes from the Joint Trade Union Committee of the plant.
