Fergana Oil Refinery continues to strengthen the traditions of generational continuity and respect for long-term labor. As part of the company’s social policy, the plant’s veterans visited the production facilities.

During the visit, the guests were able to once again immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the enterprise – they saw the workshops where they had worked for many years, met with their former trainees, and evaluated the large-scale modernization projects implemented at the plant.

Today, Fergana Refinery is confidently moving along the path of modernization: modern technologies are being introduced, the efficiency of production processes is increasing, and industrial safety and working conditions standards are being improved.

The event concluded with a warm gathering around a festive table, held in an atmosphere of respect, gratitude, and lively intergenerational communication.
“Maintaining a connection with veterans is an important part of the company’s corporate culture. Their long-term work laid a solid foundation for the development of the plant, and today our task is to preserve and further develop this legacy”, - said Rashidjon Saydaliev, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Fergana Oil Refinery.
