A Public Council at “Fergana Oil Refinery Plant” LLC has been created to ensure the transparency of the enterprise, organize interaction between the administration and public organizations with employees, specialists, labor veterans, carry out continuous control and monitoring work.
The Public Council consists of reputable labor veterans who have worked at the enterprise for a long time and have extensive experience not only in production but also in participation in the field of social activities of the enterprise. At previous meetings of the Council, an open dialogue was held with the management of the enterprise on issues related to the activities of the plant, and based on their experience veterans made several proposals for the modernization and reconstruction of the plant, and the increase of production and improvement of product quality.
Today, by the initiative of the director of the plant Kh.Kh. Latipov, a regular meeting of the Public Council was held, where it was proposed to consider the issue of preventing the loss of products manufactured by the enterprise.
Chairman of the Council of Veterans M. Khursanova and other members of the Council H. Aliyev, A. Kadyrov, H. Sheraliev, T. Khojaeva, N. Belyalova, based on many years of work and vast experience in the field of production, exchanged views and made several proposals to minimize losses produced products.
During the meeting, after a thorough study of the activities of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th workshops the council members were instructed to develop comprehensive proposals and recommendations to prevent product losses.
