For more than a month, large-scale improvement works continued on the territory of the Fergana Oil Refinery as part of the nationwide hashar “Obod va fayzli mahalla – yurt ko‘rki” (“A Prosperous and Flourishing Neighborhood – the Beauty of the Homeland”). Over 400 employees of the enterprise joined forces to make the refinery grounds cleaner, greener, and more convenient for both work and leisure.

During this period, 27 hectares of territory were improved: 27 tons of household and construction waste were removed, 3,800 meters of ditches and canals were cleaned, and curbstones were whitewashed and painted. On the alleys, 1,400 trees were planted and whitewashed, which helps strengthen the ecological balance and creates a comfortable environment for the staff. A total of 22 units of special equipment were used to complete the work.

“Hashar strengthens the collective sense of responsibility for cleanliness and order, while also making a real contribution to environmental protection. This is an important part of the production culture of our enterprise”, - emphasized Begzod Muminov, Deputy Director of the Fergana Oil Refinery.
