The Fergana Oil Refinery has concluded the 2024 "Best in Profession of the Year" competition. This prestigious contest, held in several stages throughout the year, covers 12 professional fields and aims to identify the best specialists in the enterprise.
The competition is an essential part of the employee incentive system and is aimed at improving professional skills, developing competencies, and exchanging experiences. This year, more than 1,200 employees of the plant participated in the final, demonstrating a high level of training, technical knowledge, and practical skills. Not only the nominees themselves took part in the competition, but also their colleagues, who voted online through the plant’s Telegram channel. All our employees deserve the title of "Best in Profession"!
Based on the competition results, the winners in their respective categories were:
- Best Process Unit Operator – Arabboi Jurayev Omonjonovich, Operator of Unit L 35/11-300;
- Best Operator by Activity Type – Sodirjon Zokhidov Numonovich, Operator of OS Section;
- Best Process Pump Operator – Adham Zokirov Mutalibovich, Operator of Unit 37/1,2;
- Best Electrician – Sodikjon Usmanov Sattaralievich, Electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment;
- Best Instrumentation Technician – Ruzibai Sheraliev Mamadalievich, Instrumentation Technician;
- Best Mechanical Repair Worker – Saidislomkhon Sobitkhonov Khujayusubkhonovich, Turner-Boring Operator;
- Best Laboratory Technician – Olga Sergeevna Pureskina, Laboratory Technician of the Commodity Laboratory;
- Best Transport Worker – Yigitali Madaliev Tursunovich, Driver;
- Best Line Personnel – Talabjon Isroilov Jurabayevich, Workshop Mechanic;
- Best VVO/VGSO Worker – Komiljon Obazkhonov Kabilovich, Class 1 Fighter of VGSO;
- Best Administrative and Management Staff – Igor Nikolaevich Vankin, Engineer-Metrologist;
- Best Service Personnel – Sherali Akhmadzhanovich Nematov, Loader.
According to the Regulations of this competition, the winners were awarded certificates and flowers, and throughout the year, they will receive financial incentives.
