07.12.2020 a decision was made to launch the project "Implementation of an integrated information system SAP S / 4 HANA at Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC". The functional scope of the project includes the implementation of the following modules:
- Accounting and taxes;
- Payment and liquidity management;
- Management Accounting;
- Management of investment costs;
- Purchasing and inventory management;
- Sales management of finished products;
- Management of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Regulated reporting (BU and NU, IFRS)
An agreement for the implementation of the project was concluded with the Integrator LLC IT Professional Solutions, as well as with the Ernst & Young company regarding the development of methodological documentation.
Over the past period, the project team has been trained in all functional areas, completed work on the preparation of master reference directories, completed work on the formation of a register of functional gaps (total-470), implemented the functional breaks of Release 1. Conducted a tender and selected a supplier of server equipment for the SAP system S / 4 HANA, conducted functional testing, no critical comments were identified. Performed the transfer of settings and developments to a productive environment, ensured the loading of these balances based on the results of the audit. Completed 30 face-to-face training courses, provided training for 145 key users, developed about 325 instructions. Conducted 8 Operational Councils for the project and 4 meetings of the Steering Committee.
As part of the pilot operation, 230 users were declared, 344 requests for system support in SAP Solution Manager were confirmed.
Prior to working in CIS based on SAP S/4 HANA, all transactions were entered in the 1C program only by accounting staff. With the launch of the Project in the OPE, all divisions of the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant are involved in reflecting business operations in the system:

Procurement - 756 transactions
Stocks - 5824 operations
TORO - 1843 operations
NSI - 2701 operations
Production - 342 operations
Treasury - 878 operations
Management accounting - 50 transactions / month
Investment management - 327 operations
Accounting - 1742 transactions
All this is possible thanks to the well-coordinated work of the Business, the Project Office, and Consultants.
We would especially like to note the direction of maintenance and repair, they were the first to start commissioning operations within the framework of the operation and quickly adapted to life in the system.
Currently, CIS based on SAP S/4 HANA is on the verge of transition to Commercial operation. Users confidently perform their daily tasks in the system, the first quarter of 2022 is closed. During commercial operation, we expect that all business areas will work online, as well as the completion of work on the formation of IFRS statements. The system will be supported by the Project Office.
But we do not stop there, our next goal is the successful implementation of the Project "Automation of basic HR processes based on SAP HCM in Fergana Oil Refinery PlantLLC."
