On 08.04.2022, the Operational Council No. 5 was held at Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC on the project "Implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA system in Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC".
The Operational Council was attended directly and via videoconferencing by representatives of "Fergana Oil Refinery Plant" LLC - owners of business processes, heads of structural divisions, users of the system, as well as representatives of Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC "IT Professional Solutions", who has been actively cooperating with SAP project team and providing support to all project participants for two weeks at the plant’s territory.
During the meeting, the following issues were raised:
-Terms of the Project implementation.
-Statistics on the work of users in the system for entering PEI operations.
-Technical and organizational requirements, as well as key dates for work in SAP.
The ratio of "us" and "I" is the best indicator of the development of the team. "

The areas that take an active part in the commissioning of operations of the pilot operation of the system were noted:
-Maintenance and repair of equipment
-Investment management
- Treasury
Following the meeting of the Operational Council, decisions were made to be submitted to the Steering Committee.
Alshanikova Natalia Vasilyevna, project manager, explained that at this stage of the project it is very important that all users of the software product are involved in the process. SAP S/4 HANA has end-to-end, interconnected processes set up, only through joint efforts can the product be put into the production.
