As part of the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA integrated information system, which was launched in December 2020, the Company's management decided to implement the next stage - the implementation of the SAP HCM module.

21.12.2021 an agreement was signed with “Lever X International CAU”, an international group of companies focused on the development and implementation of software on the SAP platform of software products and development tools. “Lever X International CAU” is an official SAP service partner, as well as a Strategic Technology Partner for many companies and startups in the US and Europe. The main goal of the company's activity is to increase the return on investment of customers in software and business process automation.

SAP HCM is a solution that offers a complete, integrated set of tools for the effective management of the Company's processes related to "human resources" (HR).

The solution allows to automate the main HR processes, including the generation of various types of operational and statistical reporting, increase the productivity of HR departments, ensure the unity of the information space, its availability, transparency, and consistency, and minimize the risks associated with the human factor.

The scope of the project Automation of basic HR processes based on SAP HCM for the needs of “Fergana Oil Refinery Plant” LLC includes the implementation of the following functional modules:
