On December 17, 2021, in the conference hall of the enterprise, with the participation of chief specialists, heads of departments and workshops, a meeting was held on "Improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise", "Introducing innovative ideas at the enterprise" and an Action Plan for 2022 to optimize costs, reduce production losses, save energy resources, modernize and reconstruct existing equipment, improve economic indicators, reduce the cost of production at Ferghana Oil Refinery Plant LLC.
In accordance with the "Regulations on improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise" approved and implemented at the enterprise, agitation work was carried out among employees and young specialists of the enterprise to make proposals to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Ideas received from departments and workshops will be submitted to the technical council of the enterprise for consideration and implementation of innovative ideas.
