From 09.11.2021 until 19.11.2021, the system will be tested with the participation of specialists from Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC and specialists from the integrator company IT Professional Solutions LLC.
Preliminary tests of CIS based on SAP S / 4 HANA will include the following areas:
Accounting and tax accounting
Purchasing and inventory management
Sales management
Treasury management
Maintaining regulatory and reference information
Equipment maintenance and repair management
Investment management
Production accounting
Management accounting
Prior to the start of preliminary testing, the testing team reviewed the test scripts and user instructions. When passing the test scenarios, comments from key users of the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant will be recorded, then the Integrator's project team will draw up a schedule for eliminating these comments, all revised comments will be tested by key users of the plant on their own in the SAP S / 4 HANA test system.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to consider stage 3.3 "Implementation" completed in full, and to start work on stage 3.4 "Deployment".
