A meeting of the Council of Chief Power Engineers of oil refining and petrochemical enterprises of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, organized by the Association of Oil Refiners and Petro chemists, was held at the Klyazma Rest House near Moscow from 5th to 8th October 2021. The main goal of this event was the exchange of personal experience and the establishment of professional contacts among fellow power engineers from various enterprises, as well as with industry specialists, suppliers of equipment and services for the energy sector. The meeting of colleagues and partners was attended not only by the main power engineers of refineries and petrochemical plants, but also specialists from research and design institutes in this area, equipment manufacturers, and employees of engineering firms.
It should be noted that the members of the Council, along with the main power engineers of Achensky NPZ LLC, Kuibyshevsky NPZ JSC, Novokuibyshevskaya NHK JSC, Sibur LLC, Lukoil Volgograd NP LLC, Lukoil Permnefteorgsintez LLC, PJSC ANK "Bashneft Ufaneftekhim", JSC "Uzbekneftegaz", "Rosneft", LLC "Sibur - Neftekhim", also includes specialists from LLC "Fergana Oil Refinery".
In accordance with the program of this meeting, reports were heard on the following topics: "Electric generation at the enterprise", "Technological connection", "Experience in implementation and operation", "Predictive diagnostics of electrical equipment", "Repair according to technical condition. Organizational experience, problems, achievements, prospects”, etc. At the same time, the chief power engineer of the enterprise Kodirov K.A.
At the end of the Council meeting and summing up the results, the Fergana Refinery was awarded the 3rd place in the nomination "Best Report of the Council of Chief Power Engineers (SGE-2021)" of oil refining and petrochemical enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries.
