According to the order of Fergana Oil Refinery LLC No. 593 dated August 05, 2021, the Board was established under the Director of Fergana Oil Refinery LLC and the Regulation on the Council was approved, which included the First Deputy Director - Technical Director A. Myltsyn, Chief Engineer D. Urunbaev a also, all deputy directors for directions. The purpose of creating a Board under the Director is to manage the main principles of the Company aimed at increasing production efficiency, improving the financial and operational stability of the enterprise, moving towards long-term strategic goals and transparency of internal management mechanisms, improving the control and accountability system.
On September 15 this year, the I-th meeting of the Board was held under the Director. At the meeting of the Board under the Director, in accordance with the approved Schedule of meetings for 2021-2022, all aspects of the plant's life were touched upon within the framework of the Road Maps aimed at implementing the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PPNo-6096 dated October 27, 2020 "On measures on accelerating the reform of state enterprises and privatization of state assets "and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan PKM No.-166 of March 29, 2021" On approval of the management strategy and reform of state-owned enterprises for 2021-2025. "
The reports of the members of the Council were heard, accompanied by presentation material. Also, the speakers provided information on the existing problematic issues on the "Road Maps". They also touched upon the issues of ensuring the maintenance of financial statements of the enterprise and expanding the opportunities for access to international financial markets by accelerating the transition to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), as well as improving the system of training specialists in the field of accounting and auditing in accordance with international standards for the projects “Automation of business enterprise processes and implementation of modern information technologies ”and“ Modernization and reconstruction of the Fergana oil refinery ”, production of fuel and new types of oil products that meet international standards, energy saving, ways to optimize the power supply system of the Fergana oil refinery, optimization of thermal main steam pipelines and optimization of circulating water supply, etc.
